By booking a session with Pho Sho Photography, you hereby grant Pho Sho Photography, its legal representatives, assigns, and affiliates, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to photograph, record, and capture your likeness, image, voice, and appearance (collectively, “Content”), and to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such Content in any and all media formats now known or hereafter developed, for lawful business purposes including but not limited to portfolio use, advertising, marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials, without further notice, compensation, or approval.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any associated use of the Content and release Pho Sho Photography from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of such Content, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or misappropriation of likeness.

If the subject is a minor, the parent or legal guardian signing or booking the session represents and warrants that they have full legal authority to grant these rights on behalf of the minor and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pho Sho Photography from any claims related to such authorization.

Clients who do not consent to the use of their images must submit a written opt-out request prior to the session, and acknowledgment from Pho Sho Photography must be received for such restriction to be valid.
