Terms & Conditions

By booking or using services provided by Pho Sho Photography, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. All bookings require accurate client information and may require a non-refundable retainer to secure the session date. Full payment terms will be outlined prior to the session, and failure to remit payment as agreed may result in cancellation or withholding of deliverables. Session dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Company. Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may be subject to fees at the sole discretion of Pho Sho Photography.

Clients agree to arrive on time and prepared for their scheduled session. Pho Sho Photography shall not be responsible for compromised results due to client lateness, uncooperative subjects (including children), weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. While we make every reasonable effort to capture and deliver high-quality images, the Company does not guarantee specific poses, compositions, or artistic outcomes.

Digital images and deliverables will be provided within a reasonable timeframe as communicated to the client. All images remain the intellectual property of Pho Sho Photography and are protected under copyright law. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Images may not be altered, edited, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Pho Sho Photography shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstances that may impact service delivery. In the unlikely event of a total failure to deliver services due to circumstances within our control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client.
